There are tons of cafes in Shibuya that provide Free Wifi, but until you actually go there and connect to Wifi, you never know whether their Wifi is fast enough or too slow that you can’t do anything with it. One of the biggest Starbucks in Shibuya area. This place has big table seats with electric outlets, so you can just sit there and work on your stuff as long as you want. If you buy a coffee, you will receive “One more coffee” receipt which you can get next coffee only for 100 yen (about 1 USD).

2. Hotel Koe Tokyo

This is a very good-looking Cafe which is placed on the first floor of the hotel. There are electric outlets in every seat on the window side. You can enjoy the outside view and have lunch & drink, or be creative & productive to work on your stuff.

3. Excelsior Caffe

This cafe is smaller than others I listed but it’s very clean and bright inside, and the windows side seats are great for working or studying. There are only a few electric outlets both on the first and second floor so you just need to wish those seats aren’t taken, or if you go in the morning you will have more chance to get those seats.

4. ST.Mark Cafe (309 Cafe)

Compared to other cafes, the inside of this cafe is darker. Only the window glass people can see the inside of cafe from outside is the entrance. So if you don’t like being watched by people walking outside, this place is for you. Every seat in the long table area has electric outlets.
